Authorizations that understand how your site actually works
One person can be an employee of one company, a contractor for another and a visitor on Saturday. DigiAccess keeps those three realities separate and resolves them at the gatehouse in under a second. The engine runs on site: without internet it still decides.
Four steps, always the same
Order matters: nobody passes a point without having been recorded at the previous one.
Authorize
Administration or reception creates the authorization: person, company, access type, validity, days and time window.
Identify
Face, fingerprint, palm vein, RFID card, vehicle plate or digital pass: any credential enters the same engine.
Decide
The engine reviews every authorization that person holds and returns a verdict: open, deny, VIP or anti-passback.
Record
The entry is stored with time, point and reason. The exit closes the cycle and releases anti-passback.
Almost every system evaluates a single authorization
It is the error that shows up on the first Saturday: the person has permission, but the system looked at the wrong record and leaves them outside the gatehouse, with a queue behind.
The conventional solutionIt checks the first record it finds
If that one says «Monday to Friday», entry is denied on Saturday —even though another company on the same site has them authorized every day. The gatehouse ends up opening by hand and control is lost.

The engine walks through every authorization the person holds and evaluates day, time window and access type in all of them. One that enables them today and at this hour is enough to open, with no gatehouse intervention.
The door does not depend on the internet
In systems that decide in the cloud, a link outage leaves the gatehouse opening by hand and writing on paper. Nobody reconstructs that gap in the history afterwards.
DigiAccess resolves inside the site: the authorization lookup and the verdict happen on the local server, milliseconds from the reader.

Everyone authorizes their own
The resident knows who they are expecting; the company knows which contractor it hired. The platform gives each of them the part that belongs to them, under their own login.
Resident
Authorizes visits from the phone, gets a notice when they arrive, downloads the report for their unit and can raise an alert.
Company
Registers its own staff and contractors, sets validity dates and downloads its own reports, without going through administration.
Administration
Site rules, blacklist, audit of any date and full view of every company or building.
Gatehouse
A single-decision screen. No judgement to apply and no calls to confirm.
Each role sees only its own

They all coexist. One person can hold a Monday-to-Friday authorization with one company and a weekend one with another.

Heavy duty, not small-office duty
These turnstiles are built for heavy, intensive duty: the lobby of a business park that opens thousands of times a day, with people pushing through, carrying loads and not always waiting for the leaf to finish returning.
Two facing modules form the lane. The glass barriers open on the engine's verdict and close again behind the person, so two people cannot pass on one authorization.
The reader sits on the top cover, at hand height, and each module is labelled with its lane —«Lobby A · Frente 1»— so the history states exactly where each person came through.

It connects to what is already installed
The system talks over the network to the gatehouse hardware. It does not demand a single brand or force replacing turnstiles that work.

Commissioning
On-site sizing, import of the existing authorization database —even if it currently lives in a spreadsheet—, gatehouse tests with the operating staff and support during the first weeks.
