The highest standard in electronic security. DigiAccess designs and manufactures an electronic security ecosystem with five product lines: access control, CCTV with video analytics, IP alarms, gate automation and virtual intercom.

All five share a database, lists and decision engine.
Collaborative platform for residents and companies.
On-site engine: it works even without internet.

The catalog

Professional-grade equipment, one system

A sample of the catalog, not the whole of it: each unit is manufactured in different series and versions depending on the project. This is not a consumer line: it is specified for continuous duty —the gate that opens hundreds of times a day, the gatehouse that badges thousands of times a month—, sold through integrators, and everything writes to the same database.

What we mean by engineering

Four design decisions, taken in advance

Verifiable before you buy.

The right component is the standard, not the option

Brushless motor with metal gearing. Camera with on-board analytics. Alarm over IP network.

They are not upgrades quoted separately. They are the base specification.

Own engineering, not resale

It is not a brand applied to somebody else's equipment.

DigiAccess specifies the product, writes the software and defines the standard it is built to.

One architecture for all five lines

Access, CCTV, alarm and gate share a database and lists by design.

A single removal takes effect across all five.

It decides on site, not in the cloud

The decision engine runs inside the site.

If the internet goes down, the door keeps opening. No exceptions, no degraded mode.

Product lines

Five lines, one architecture

They are contracted separately or combined. What is authorized once applies to the door, the barrier, the camera and the gate.

CCTV with video analyticsVS

5 to 12 MP IP cameras with colour imaging in dark areas and analytics inside the camera itself, with whitelists and blacklists.

Facial recognition

Compares every face against the lists. Whitelist passes quietly; blacklist raises an immediate alert.

Plate capture

Reads every vehicle's plate and checks it against the lists, even if it never tried to enter.

Fire detection

Recognizes flame and smoke in the scene and warns the moment they appear, without waiting for a ceiling detector.

See the CCTV line

IP alarmsAS

They use the data network already crossing the site: where there is a network point, there is an alarm point.

Independent zones

Each warehouse, building or plant room arms and disarms separately.

Scheduled arming

Zones arm themselves at closing time, without relying on anyone remembering.

Video verification

The alert carries that zone's camera: you see what triggered it before sending anyone.

Gate automationGM

Operators for swing and sliding gates, designed for heavy duty.

Brushless motor

No part wearing down by friction: less maintenance and longer life on high-traffic gates.

Metal internal gearing

Where plastic gears strip under load, metal takes the repeated stress.

24 V with backup

Backup battery: when the power goes out, the gate keeps opening.

Virtual intercom

The gatehouse calls the resident's mobile over the GSM network, with no intercom handset wired to every apartment and without ever seeing the number.

No intercom wiring

No pair to run to every apartment and no work on the facade: the call goes over the cellular network.

Encrypted numbers

The guard dials a contact, not a phone number. It cannot be copied and it does not leave with the shift.

Search by tower and apartment

The touchscreen at the post searches by number, not down a long list: a new guard operates it on day one.

One architecture

Five different systems, one record

A person crosses the turnstile with their face, their car opens the gate by its plate, a camera recognizes them in the parking area and at six in the evening an alarm zone is armed in their name. In separate systems that is four records in four programs nobody ever cross-checks.

In DigiAccess it is a single history, because all five lines write to the same database and consult the same lists.

  • The face authorized at the door is on the whitelist in the cameras
  • The plate that opens the barrier is the one the gatehouse camera captures
  • The alarm zone knows who had authorized access at that hour
  • A single removal disables access, lists and gate opening at once

Access, alarm, gate and video analytics writing to the same record. It is not an integration bolted on later: it is how they are built.

The software

Administration, on one screen

Everything the gatehouse should not touch lives here: authorizations, lists, access levels, cameras and doors. It is software developed by DigiAccess, not a generic hardware manufacturer's console.

  • Instant search across thousands of records
  • Bulk import from Excel or CSV
  • Synchronization to every device with one button
  • Per-site licence with advance expiry warning

Collaborative platform

It is not a gatehouse program. Everyone uses it.

The gatekeeper is not the one who knows whom each resident is expecting or which contractor each company hired. That information belongs to its owner, so the platform hands it to them.

Resident

Authorizes their own visits from the phone. Gets a notification when they arrive. Downloads the entry report for their unit. Raises an alert if something happens.

Company

Administers its own staff and contractors without asking anyone. Authorizes visitors, sets validity dates and downloads its own reports.

Administration

Sees the whole site, sets the rules, maintains the blacklist and audits any date in the history.

Gatehouse

One screen: it opens or it does not. No decisions to make, no calls to confirm, no notebook.

Distributed authorizations

Everyone authorizes their own. The gatehouse stops being the bottleneck and the funnel of phone calls disappears.

Reports at hand

Each role downloads their own, with the scope that belongs to them: their unit, their company or the whole site.

Notifications and alerts

A phone notice when someone enters in their name, and an alert to administration when someone raises one.

In operation

Platforms running today

Each one is a real DigiAccess installation with its own online platform. They are not mockups: they are the portals their residents, their companies and their gatehouse use every day.

FAQ

What we are most asked about the ecosystem

Is DigiAccess only for access control?

No. DigiAccess is an electronic security ecosystem with five product lines: access control, CCTV with video analytics, IP alarms, gate automation and virtual intercom. All five are installed separately or combined.

What unites them is that they share a database, lists and decision engine: the same face that opens a door is on the whitelist in the cameras and authorizes the gate to open, and a single removal takes effect across all five.

What does each DigiAccess line include?

Access control gathers four series: authorizations and gatehouse (AC), identification and biometrics (ID), ANPR plate reading (LPR) and parking management (PK). CCTV with video analytics is the VS series: 5 to 12 MP IP cameras with colour imaging in dark areas and on-camera analytics for facial recognition, plate capture and fire detection. IP alarms is the AS series, over the existing data network. Gate automation is the GM series, with 24 V brushless motors and metal internal gearing. Virtual intercom is the fifth line: a GSM call to the resident's mobile with encrypted numbers. Generation X, the newest, runs across every line.

Does DigiAccess work if the internet goes down?

Yes. The decision engine operates inside the site, not in the cloud. Without a connection, doors, turnstiles and barriers keep operating under the same rules and entries keep being recorded.

Only phone notifications and authorizations created from off site wait for the link to return, and they synchronize by themselves.

Who can use the DigiAccess platform?

Four roles. The resident authorizes their own visits from the phone, gets a notification when they arrive and downloads the report for their unit. The company administers its own staff and contractors. Administration sets the rules and audits. The gatehouse only sees the decision screen.

The difference

The difference shows in year three

On installation day every system looks alike.
The gap appears at a hundred thousand cycles.

What is designed lasts; the rest gets replaced

A stripped plastic gear, a camera that lost its colour, an alarm panel with no room for more zones. Each of those replacements costs more than the initial difference of the right component.

The gatehouse does not need an expert

Complexity is concentrated in the administration module —companies, time windows, validity, lists— not at the guard post. The product is designed to survive gatehouse staff turnover.

Factory support, not intermediary support

Technical support is provided by the brand itself through its operation in Colombia, with direct access to the product engineering. There is no distributor passing the case to a manufacturer in another time zone.

Which products fit your site?

The sizing defines the scope: access points, resolution per camera, alarm zones and gate weight. Free and with no commitment.
